Thank you for participating in the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce Community Awards! These awards are 100% voted on by the community! Winners will receive their awards at a special dinner ceremony on October 15th at M on High.
- Any person, business or organization that is in or closely affiliated with the Moorpark Community
- Nominees can not win the same award they have won within the last three years
- Person or business DOES NOT need to be a member of the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce

- Votes are done online by the people of Moorpark.
- One company/person can not win more than one award per year. In the event that the vote has one company winning two awards, the chairman of the board will decide which award they win and the second place from the vote will win that award.
- In the event of a tie, the chairman of the board will break the tie.
