The Moorpark Chamber of Commerce has been connecting business owners to one another for over one hundred years. We want to help the community prosper as much as possible, and thankfully, the members of our community want that too.

Moorpark is a great city for families, businesses, and for singles. Moorpark has fostered a very pro-business environment over the years and we strive to keep it that way, but what Moorpark is known for is the fact that it’s one of the safest cities in the entire country. When measured out and compared to other cities with similar population sizes, Moorpark is one of the safest cities in America. The Moorpark City government and the local police force have worked hard to keep Moorpark as safe as it is, but most of the credit belongs to all the people who call Moorpark home. Moorpark has a population of 36,481 people and eight primary neighborhoods.

Those eight neighborhoods are:
-Epworth
-City Center
-Moorpark Home Acres
-Tierra Rejada Rd/Mountain Trail St
-Shady Point Dr/N Cadarpine Ln
-Harvester St/Tierra Rejada Rd
-Virginia Colony/Fariview
-W Los Angeles Ave/Moorpark Ave

Moorpark is also home to a very nice “Old Town” which is located off of New Los Angeles
Avenue. Moorpark’s Old Town dates back to 1900 when the City of Moorpark was first
founded, and it features a number of tranquil and unique restaurants. The Moorpark Community College is also located in Moorpark, which is one of the most highly rated community colleges in all of the United States, and it has continuously grown in courses offered and degrees given out.

The City of Moorpark is modern, but we still have a small town feel. To learn more, please
