Moorpark Chamber to Host 2026 State of Moorpark: A New Chapter
Moorpark, CA — The Moorpark Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that it will host the 2026 State of Moorpark on Tuesday, April 7th from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. followed by a reception from 4:30–5:30 p.m., presented in partnership with the City of Moorpark.
This annual event is transitioning this year to be hosted by the Chamber, while maintaining close partnership with the City. The State of Moorpark brings together elected officials, business leaders, nonprofit partners, and engaged residents to reflect on the City’s progress, celebrate milestones, and discuss the opportunities and challenges ahead.
“The State of Moorpark is about celebrating the wins and sharing the City’s vision of the future,” said John Marquez, CEO of the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce. “We chose the theme A New Chapter because of the transition of this event from the City to the Chamber, the major redevelopment milestones on High Street, and the groundbreaking of our new library.”
Attendees will hear important updates on economic development, infrastructure, public safety, business climate, and community initiatives. The event serves as a valuable opportunity for collaboration between the public and private sectors, reinforcing Moorpark’s commitment to thoughtful growth and strong civic partnership.
The event is free and open to the public, but space is limited and advance registration is required. The event will also be recorded and available to watch afterward on the Moorpark Chamber’s social platforms the next day.
Community members, stakeholders, and media representatives are encouraged to register early to reserve their seat at: moorparkchamber.com/state-of-moorpark
