Chamber Member Awards

For 2023 we have reduced the amount of awards at the installation dinner and the awards we are giving out will be chosen by the Chamber Board.

Winners will receive their awards at the Chamber Installation Gala on February 10, 2023 at Rancho de las Palmas.

Who is eligible to win?

Must be a member of the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce
Nominees can not win the same award they have won within the last five years

Member Business of the Year
Rookie of the year (Member for three years or less)
Ambassador of the Year
Chairman’s Award

How are the awards chosen?

The Chamber of Commerce Board will nominate people for the awards
Nominees will go on an electronic ballot that is distributed to Board members
One company/person can not win more than one award per year. In the event that the vote has one company winning two awards, the incoming chairman of the board will decide which award they win and the second place from the vote will win that award.
In the event of a tie, the incoming and outgoing chairs will together break the tie
The Chairman’s Award will not be voted on, but will be selected by the outgoing Chairman of the Board
